Based on The Jack McGee from The Hulk tv series.For some reason I found this to be a better name for him,since hes a reporter,and always after The Hulk.Hes an investigative reporter for The Ulticity
newspaper The Ulticity times(the city is also where Spartan Hulk likes to hang around.)

In on picture,hes checking his notes.The other,he trying to get an interview with

to see if they can tell him about The Hulk.And another hes typing on his typewriter(hes not a smoker.I put the cigarette there for decaration),and the last one hes backing away from Spartan Hulk(who seems annoyed by McGee.)
